We are pleased to provide bathrobes, which are located in your bathroom, for your use whilst at Hyde Park Residence. Should you wish to purchase a robe, please contact Housekeeping on extension 9210.

A selection of bathroom amenities, with our compliments, are provided in your apartment for your arrival. Should you require any additional items these can be purchased via Housekeeping on extension 9210.
Dry Cleaning and Laundry
Dry Cleaning is available from Monday to Friday. Dry Cleaning bags and dockets are provided in your wardrobe. Please check clothes for personal belongings before sending out. For collection, please call the Front Desk on 9005.
Please ensure all Dry Cleaning is accompanied with a completed docket. Please do not leave items outside your door. For same day service all dry cleaning must be with Front Desk before 09.00hrs.
Bed Boards
Please call Housekeeping for bed boards, extra pillows and blankets on extension 9210.
Baby Cots
Our Housekeeping department can recommend a supplier or purchase for you. Please call Housekeeping on extension 9210.
Engineering
Requests for an engineer in the event of any problems may be made via the Front Desk on 9005.
Electricity
The electricity at Hyde Park Residence is 230 volts. Transformers and adaptors are available from the Front Desk on request on extension 9005.
Emergency
In the event of an emergency, please call extension 2222.
Entertainment
From dozens of TV channels from Sky to Apple TV where you can use your own account, staying in will be a delight. You can also connect your own gaming console, computer or stream your own music to the integrated Sonos system in your apartment.

Extra Bed
Extra beds are available for £45 per night from our Housekeeping department on extension 9210.
Fire
Please see separate section on fire and emergency procedures. Our fire alarm bells will be tested weekly.
Hairdryer
Hair dryers are available in all of the apartments.
Heating
If you require assistance in altering or operating your air conditioning or heating, please call the Front Desk on extension 9005.
Housekeeping
The Housekeeping Department operates between 07:00hrs – 18:30hrs Monday to Friday and 09:00hrs – 17:00hrs on Saturday. Outside of these hours please contact the Front Desk on extension 9005.
Additional Housekeeping services are available at £80.00 per hour (excluding linen change).
Please contact the Housekeeping department on extension 9210 to arrange any services you may need. Kindly note 24 hours’ notice is required.
Key Control
For your security we do not place the room number on your key. The door lock is controlled by an electronic key system. Should you lose your key please contact the Front Desk on extension 9005.

Newspapers
Local, National and International Newspapers may be ordered via the Front Desk on extension 9005.
Photocopying
Photocopies and printing can be arranged at the Front Desk. Please call us on extension 9005 for assistance and cost.
Postage Service
A franking service is available from the Front Desk. A 10% surcharge is added to all post. The Front Desk will also assist in mailing your letters and wrapping parcels. Please contact extension 9005.
Safe
For the safe keeping of your valuables we have placed safes in your apartment. The safe is situated in the wardrobe.
Safety and Fire Procedures
We have a computerised Fire Alarm system throughout Hyde Park Residence and a fully trained security team. Should you require assistance please contact extension 9005.

Wake up calls may be booked with the Front Desk, please dial 9005.
WiFi
We offer a ‘state of the art ultra-fast WiFi network’ system at Hyde Park Residence. Downloading movies, uploading photos and searching the internet can be achieved in double quick time enriching your stay with us. If you require any further information, please call the Front Desk team on 9005.

We have installed a complimentary satellite system providing several channels including Freeview.
