Baggage Storage

Regrettably there are no storage facilities available at Hyde Park Residence.

Babysitting

To arrange for a babysitter or a nanny, please contact the Housekeeper on extension 9210. Please note that 24 hours’ notice is needed for a weekday booking, while 48 hours’ notice is needed for a weekend or Bank Holiday booking.

Car Parking

The Garage is situated in the basement of 55 Park Lane and Pedestrian access is via the Entrance Lobby. The entrance ramp for the garage is located at 20 South Street. The garage is manned from 08:00hrs – 17:00hrs Monday to Friday. There is also 24-hour Security camera surveillance in operation. Overnight parking is charged at £50.00 with the availability for a longer-term arrangement. Please contact the Front Desk on extension 9005.

Please be aware that a third-party company provides this service, and as such Hyde Park Residence cannot be held liable for any services provided.

Dry Cleaning and Laundry

Dry Cleaning is available from Monday to Friday. Dry Cleaning bags and dockets are provided in your wardrobe. Please check clothes for personal belongings before sending out. For collection, please call the Front Desk on 9005.
Please ensure all Dry Cleaning is accompanied with a completed docket. Please do not leave items outside your door. For same day service all dry cleaning must be with Front Desk before 09.00hrs.

Engineering

Requests for an engineer in the event of any problems may be made via the Front Desk on 9005.

Electricity

The electricity at Hyde Park Residence is 230 volts. Transformers and adaptors are available from the Front Desk on request on extension 9005.

Hyde Park Residence is protected by a comprehensive security system and is patrolled regularly by our own security colleagues. If you have any queries for our team, please contact Security on 9209/07824 524992

We advise you to lock your door at all times, verify the identity of visitors, prior to unlocking the door and if in doubt please call Front Desk, who will alert our security team. If you are expecting visitors, please notify the Front Desk on extension 9005, who will call you on their arrival and only on your instruction direct them to your apartment. The Front Desk team reserves the right to ask for registration and identification for any guests.
